Can’t download new app my I phone is only 12.5.5 and I have money on your App and can’t use it about $18.00 dollars I’m not rich live on fixed I come and your coffee is my treat. I’m 80 years old how can you not care. I’ve been sick and not able to get out. I want my money to use for coffee. Doris Hawley

App isn’t even synced with locations business hours, I just submitted an online order at 9:45AM and when I pull up to my local Starbucks the sign says they don’t open until 11:00 AM. Absolutely unacceptable. Figure it out.

I love this ap. It’s great 9times out of 10. The only items I would change: When I submit a receipt of purchasing Starbucks outside of this ap that it tells me when I’m rewarded. The Starbucks for life always steals spins away This ap will get you addicted to Starbucks
Can’t place an order via the app

Every time I try to place an order via the app and it takes me to select which store I want to place my order with the app freezes. Other than that it’s working fine.

Love this app majority of the time, however I’ve ran into a few issues with the “Offers” star rewards where I will buy all of the items for the challenge, but it will not register that I’ve completed the challenge to earn my bonus stars. This is frustrating to me because sometimes I will splurge more than usual just so that I can complete the challenge and get the extra stars. I feel cheated and end up spending more money, with no reward as advertised. Please fix this
