I love this game, have played it for years and have made it very far into it. I appreciate the frequent updates and it’s nice to have such a complex and strategic game to play that doesn’t REQUIRE money to be spent to succeed. Thank you!! As a critique: Mace Windu, as an iconic Jedi and fleet commander, seems to need an additional ability or upgrad. Also, Qui-gon Jinn was such an iconic Jedi I also believe he is displayed in the game us under-capable. Thank you in advance for the consideration.

Hi ! ❤️ the game. But one thing. Can u make it that once your at player level 85 u can get 3 light side and dark side characters all maxed out . With red and blue around them u know. And if u are already at level 85 next time u log in you’ll get it. I know u may not do this. Plz do though. More people will get it. Thanks for reading! Hope u make the changes ! Bye!?????????

So I was at level 68 and I played but on November 3 2020 I lost all my progress I am so mad please fix this.

I have spent hundreds of dollars over 3+ years for this company to decide I no longer have the correct IOS, as they decided to only accept 11 or higher. So after many hours and hundreds of dollars I'm no longer welcome to continue to play unless I go out and buy newer equipment. Pretty sad this day and age that you can spend that kinda time and money and then have nothing to show for it...... will never purchase another app from the company and really thinking about boycotting Apple as well. Good luck to anyone that continues to do business with these thieves... as it's probably just another year before they tell you your equipment is no longer good enough and you'll have your time and money stolen as well.

First I just wanna say this game is my favorite and I’ve been playing for a couple of years now and I would say its the best mobile Star Wars game and one of the few that aren’t Star Wars rip-offs. I just have one problem and I NEED SOMEONE NOW MORE THAN EVER ON THIS! My account on my phone works just fine and I play it everyday. But when I try to get on my other account on my IPad it tells me “error downloading assets” Has anyone else has this problem? I’ve looked on YouTube and even chatted with my guild about it but it seems I’m the only one. Please reach out if you can somehow this is my last resort please help me. Now Ill talk a little about the actual game. First off you can barely go free to play just being honest. BUT! It is possible if you don’t take it competitively or play it everyday. I do however so I would say Ive spent at least 400 bucks every year I’ve played this game at most. (At least like 100 or 200 a year though) That’s the big kicker about this game but I would say its worth it. CG updates thus game on a good basis and not a lot of people know this but you can control the game to your life! Every year you get 2 refresh points on when daily activities and energy refills, etc! Ive never seen that in a game and I have mine set to 4 pm because that’s when I get off from school. Like I (kinda) said earlier, you have GOT to play this game everyday if you want to get to the big boy fun stuff and level up ALL the way to 80. That’s where the real fun begins. (Get it?) That’s about all got to say about that. I could talk about this game for hours but I really just wanted to ask anyone for help for one of my accounts if you have to contact me on the game my ally code is 761-516-412 on my level 80 account. Then invite me to a chat and please help me on this.

I’m so addicted with getting this OP empire team. But I have one more complaint I have to share. I know you guys want money and all, but it would help a lot if you reduced your prices because I noticed you centered around the hyperspace bundle, so I think you should reduce like 10$ on it.

If it wasn’t for throttled drops(it’s very clear it happens), this game would get a five star rating. That’s the only reason I stopped playing before and I love it. But when you can get four of five shards for a character when it’s less than half way to promoting them, then you’re lucky if you get one or two.... pretty easy to tell lol.
