App does not perform proper live updates

iOS app has been having issues not updating live stream counts. Streams were gained one day and then lost the next. Live persons listen and stream, but the stream itself isn’t counted on a live update. Also my recent single was released on the 18th and the app is to run the live for 7 days but quit only after 3 days.

It’s nice that the gracious Spotify masters allow you to edit your profile on your phone (since they block it on your mobile browser) but good god this app is buggy - the thought is great but the execution is not.

i check it and it says i have a certain number of streams and then if i check it later the streams are like 2-300 less and it keeps jumping back and forth like that. hard to keep a stream count or know if my song is growing if the app doesn’t count them correctly.

I do appreciate the developer response. But if the response to not being able to complete step one is : take a screen shot, contact tech support, etc., my answer is “never mind”. I explained the problem pretty clearly. Now its your turn to troubleshoot. For perspective, I love Spotify as both an artist and a listener. Support is usually fantastic.

I absolutely love Spotify & Spotify for artists. However, I find many issues with the app that I don’t have with the browser version of the website. Currently, I have a new single that’s doing really well (for me atleast) and I’ve been monitoring the streams religiously. The single had almost 5,000 streams and I was watching it to up in real time. I check the app a few hours later and the song is only showing 3,011 in real time now.... at first I freaked out wondering if I almost 2,000 streams get deleted. I refreshed it over and over, cleared my ram, and even deleted and reinstalled the app. It’s still showing 3,011 streams (same number that’s reflected on the actual Spotify app, which is usually 24 hours delayed minimum) so.... I go to the browser version to see that the real time tracker is showing 4,988 (closer to the number the app previously showed) Also, the number of “people listening now” is always significantly different on the app than the website... when you go to the pc or mobile version of the site , you can compare your streams to other artists, get the visual graphs, and there’s no way to use the app for this. I never leave reviews unless it’s a 5 star no expo, so I hate leaving a 3 star but these issues are very annoying, and I really wish the app had all of the features that the mobile site has.

I can’t get verified as a manger on my friends account and have been emailing back and forth with the “customer service” trying to get me verified but they are zero help and send the same generic message everytime. Bad service and no help

I had a very hard time gettin pics uploaded into my photo gallery! It kept saying problem uploading! I got past that. Now it won’t let me feature a playlist I created because on my Mac it won’t find the playlist! On my iPhone x I can pick the playlist but then cannot exit that screen there’s no option too!!!! Only thing you can do is close app!!!!
