The app stars 300 virtual kids who introduce themselves, show their whole name, and then help children spell out the letters of the name one by one on the keyboard. If your child’s name isn’t in the list of the 300 most common American names, you can add it yourself. Just type in the name and record the pronunciation – you can add 4 user names, each with a maximum of 11 letters.

The app contains 5 great game activities that will help your kids really progress:

Spell the name – listen to the name and spell it correctly, letter by letter.

Show first letter – three kids introduce themselves: which is the first letter of all three names?

Show wrong letter – one of the letters in the name is wrong – show which one it is.

Scrambled letters – the letters in the name are all scrambled up, and you have to put them in the right order to spell the name.

Find the name – find the names of 4 kids in the grid of letters.

The app checks how users are doing and praises them for correct answers. This positive feedback supports children’s natural desire to play and learn new things.

The games do not show the user’s score, and there are no time limits – so your kids can play and learn at their own speed.

This app is pretty useful. My daughter's name was not in the list but i was able to add pretty quickly. Awesome new app for my little one. She loves it.

First of all I was hesitant to buy it because my son knows how to spell his name. But he keeps asking me how to spell my name or his friend's names. I wanted to teach him in a fun way. The app is great and also filled with a few fun games.
