I travel Southwest on an average of 12-15 times a year for the pass 8 years and I have never had an issue. I enjoy the hospitality the airline attendants give you. They are very friendly. I would highly recommend them for every flying needs. ?

Have been a loyal southwest customer for years. Consequently was an A list member for quite some time. Now due to Covid travel restrictions by my employer I have lost this benefit. With so many of my other travel partners they have accommodated and extended my pre Covid status. All to say is that I am disappointed in Southwest in not doing the same here. They are usually a top company in offering these type of things to their customers. Yes I have reached out to their customer service and got the go pound sand response. Still plan on trying to stick with Southwest but if I have to start at ground zero with them I really should explore other options.

SW is my go to Carrier. Was a frequent flyer for years during my career. Now retired I choose SW first for each and every destination. The crews are always friendly and helpful...and hilarious which makes the experience 5 Stars in my books. Keeping us safe and connecting us to whatever takes us to the skies.

Industrial Art Workshop
Took a trip on SWA booked thru AAA agent. Prices and process were very smooth along with assistance and service during transfer to plane having to hood it all the way to the other side of BWI. Excellent service from the man who assisted us. I was sick from something at a bar near gate 11 but so beware. Inflight I loved the free cable news for the second leg to be able to watch Tucker. 8 bucks for all day internet was a good price and I’ll do it on the flight home through Chicago back the cold cruel winter.
