About the Subscription:
SonicCloud is free to download. You can also take the hearing assessment for free, see your hearing results for free, and make a test call for free. If you would like to use our calling service for high-quality, personalized phone calls that are tuned to YOUR unique hearing fingerprint, you must initiate a subscription. In the US, this subscription will include the ability to forward all your incoming calls to SonicCloud, at no additional cost.
The subscription begins with a 1-month free trial. You can cancel your subscription anytime during that 30-day time period in your iTunes settings in order to pay zero dollars. The subscription auto-renews at the end of the 30-Day free trial period. After the free trial, you will be charged $9.99 per month until you opt out of the subscription.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of the purchase. You must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in order to not be charged for the next period.

When the app asked me to go to a quiet room I knew it was questionable. All hearing apps need to listen to the current environment long enough and adjust their sound levels accordingly before testing or operating with other functions. Listening to the phone call with each ear showed no improvement in call audibility either. Many do not have quiet rooms available thanks to heat pumps and central until a power outage happens.3

I would like to cancel my subscription, but I’ve gone to settings, nothing there, I’ve gone to iTunes , can’t find anything on iTunes at all? So how am I to cancel this? I just don’t use my phone for calls. Thank you Sincerely Donna Burnett

I have trouble hearing higher pitches and had to use the speaker at mid volume or higher to hear my calls. My wife was looking and found this app so I tried it and it is a god send. Love it thanks!

Does not post all reviews. I wrote two reviews and they were not posted. Just like when you made the batteries on older iPhones go bad. Now you are making the microphones and audio bad on iPhones so people will buy the app. What you pay for the iPhone is enough without having to pay for an app to use your phone. I have always supported Apple but this is so crooked. I’m sure this review won’t be posted either.

I was so blown away by this app I literally contacted the Co-Founder to thank him. I’ve checked out all sorts of options and SonicCloud is hands down the best I’ve found. It works far more effectively than even my daughters hearing aids! TOTALLY worth it! I can’t recommend it enough!!! ❤️
Use with Bluetooth hearing aids

I have no problem with phone calls but spend many hours a day watching TV recorded programs on my iPad via Bluetooth to my hearing aids. My hearing aids can’t compensate for my high-frequency loss so I set up my hearing profile WITH my hearing aids thus matching my hearing loss. I now can stream all audio from my iPad and iPhone with great results. This program is like placing two hearing aids in series and compensating for my high frequency loss.

I am hearing impaired with high frequency loss. I wear BTE hearing aids but still have problems when on my IPhone. $10 per month seems pricey. I have made five calls so far and I do have to say I am getting good results. Will report back in 30 days. It’s now been three months and I’ve decided it’s a keeper. The only issues I have experienced are minor in nature and mostly related to my lack of familiarity with the app. Customer service responds to questions right away. The key thing is the app works! I now have call forwarding activated on the app and all my calls - incoming and outgoing are coming through Sonic Cloud. Five stars.
