All of a sudden it doesn't work?? Just closes out the minute I try to open it??

If you are currently playing this, don't do the upgrades. Why can't you fix the game??

Let me make this simple...there is no technical support EVER for this game! So if you happen to be able to play temporarily...don't invest any of your money because the game will stop working at some point and it will not be fixed. There has not been an update since way early in the year and that didn't even fix my problem which is access on my IPad Air 2.

Loved game.. BUT when I went to next level it required either 100,000 pieces of silver or $.99.... I pushed pieces of silver which was taken and then was billed for $1.01 also!!! AND to top that off the game is now just flashing opening screen for second or so and shutting off completely..... Have tried all troubleshooting..... Dead. I can see everyone's frustration with this game. Why to play if u r going to lose everything... Money ,rank, etc.

I have always loved this game but wish you would add new islands. You Need To Fix Your App. It STARTS to LOAD then SHUTS DOWN.

I used to enjoy this game, but it kept crashing at level 23 (I think). Now it finally doesn't crash, but it wants me to start back at level 4. No thanks. You people need to get your act together.

Every time I get to around level 20-22 I can't open the game and play anymore. I've deleted and started over way too many times. It's such a fun game. Please fix this!!!

Progress Lost

I got up to level 12 and everything was great. I love the game! There were a few glitches I looked past but now all my progress is lost. I am back at level 1. It's cute and addicting, but there's nothing worse than an app that has major problems like this. Other than this set back, the game is entertaining.

Ok i re-downloaded this app & last time i played i was on level 20 & now im back to the beginning...? all that to just go back to where i started

This was hands down my favorite game. I haven't been able to play because the app won't open and I refuse to reboot and lose all progress.
