Got stuck at level 3

Needed a scroll, but there was no scroll to pick up. Too bad.

This has NOTHING to do with the other Snark games.

Snark Busters 1 was one of the first games I put on my iPod. I love Big Fish games and I'm pretty sad to see that they weren't involved in this Snark Busters installment. My biggest issue with this game is that it wasn't related to the other games' storylines IN THE SLIGHTEST. It had NOTHING to do with either game. All this game does is follow some photographer babe while she tries to find a locket to rescue her boyfriend. The snark isn't even mentioned until the second level, and even then, it's a terrible introduction because it's introduced BEFORE this broad even knows what it is. Also, my favorite feature of the first two games was the unique method of object finding - you had to find pieces of a hammer, for example, in order to use the hammer. In this game, you have to find a bunch of hammers to hammer in different colored nails. See where I'm going with this? It's fun, but it's not a Snark game. It's just like every other Big Fish/Alawar game - fun but similar to all the others. Snark Busters were the only unique ones (and even they aren't THAT unique - just enough to make them the most fun). I'm pretty disappointed in this game.

Very sad

The worse one. :( the icons WILL get in your way. Also very differnt from 1&2. Did not like this one at all.

Snark 3
Lilana5

Didn't have much to do with the snark at all, and I missed the old theme music (although it does come back for a surprise cameo), and the puzzles were different and less intuitive than the original two, but as a game in and of itself, it was enjoyable! ...Just make sure to click on the schematics twice...

Nothing to do with the snark

I'm uncertain of what the game developers' intentions were with this installment of Snark Busters, considering that it has virtually nothing to do with the snark. The snark isn't mentioned until well into the game (and even then only briefly) and the lead character isn't hunting the snark, she's trying to find a lost necklace to clear her fiancé's name and she happens to venture into the backwards world to look for it. I missed the music from the previous games and the little icons that pop up while you're searching for parts do get in the way. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, be sure to click on the schematic TWICE... Otherwise it disappears, the help button stops working, and you can't progress with the game. It's a nice little glitch that requires starting the game over if you don't click twice on the schematic. I wish I had more positive things to say about the game, but it just feels... clunky and awkward compared to the previous Snark Busters games that I really enjoyed. The charm of the other games was totally lost in this one for me. Also as another reviewer said, some solutions weren't very intuitive and I had to consult the walkthrough guide more than I would have liked. A slight annoyance unrelated to game play was how the lead character's mouth continued to move for quite awhile after her voiceover ended... No developer looked at that and said, "Oops, better shorten that! She stopped talking seconds ago but her mouth is still going!"? Sloppy.

Disappearing schematic

I think the game is really fun. But there is a bug in robot world. The problem is that you need to click twice on the schematic in the robot's hand, if you don't, the game gets stuck, and you have to start all over. Fix the bug, and I'd give 5 stars.

Disappointed again

This is the second Snark game I've purchased. Revved up crashed and High Society won't let me get past the scene with the schematic ( mentioned earlier). How hard is it to test the games before you release them? I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Awesome

I loved the first two so I knew I'd love the third one and I do. Hope there's a fourth one
