You can review the preset filters to decide in a second which style will make the most of your photo, then easily and precisely personalize the filter settings to get it just right — choosing from a mosaic of thumbnails for a snap judgment, or manually adjusting sliders for perfect precision.
Settings include: brightness / contrast, colorization / desaturation, black or white vignetting, and cropping to a square frame. Snap Filters remembers your settings from one photo to another, so you can easily apply the same filter to a series of images.
Once you've saved your image to your iPhone's photo library, you will be able to copy it to the clipboard or e-mail it straight from within the app. You can even set up a default e-mail recipient, subject, or body in the Settings application (so you can very easily send your photos to Flickr by setting up your upload e-mail address, and adding the tags "iphone" and "snapfilters" to the message body).
You can find example images here:

Don't hesitate to add your own photos to the group!
A free version — 100%-functional, but adding a watermark to the final images — is available on the App Store: search for "Snap Filters Free" if you want to try the application before you buy.
