It was working fine but suddenly moving slow and now tried to reopen but it’s crashing
TOO MUCH CRASHES

Why this game always crashes when we try to enter ? It's becoming so slow and so unstable. And why the menu is empty ? All the items disappear when we enter the menu. In addition, the map doesn't work at all ! You are adding new items but never fix all those problems ! This game became so messy and frustrating. Please fix it.

Fun game, just wish there was more I could buy with the coins. So much seems to cost smurfberries and not enough options to spend my millions of coins on.

I’ve been a long time avid player, who has used this game the most to get me through a lot of tough times over the years. I had unfortunately lost a good chunk of my levels, along with over 20 items that I had purchased at the start of the quarantine. Had contacted the support team in Aug. and didn’t hear back from them. Then, I contacted the support team and ended up being assigned to a staff member that was able to work with me on reaching a very satisfactory solution by the end of the year. Plus, they even hung in there with me through a few months until I was able to receive all 20 major items that I had purchased throughout all five locations in the game. So, I highly recommend this game, because the staffs are very Smurfy with doing right by their customers!!!

I've been playing Smurfs for over a decade now and have amassed up a large amount of coins (tens of millions) and I have no use for them. As a long time player and VIP member, I would like the ability to at least buy smurfberries with all these coins if not specialty items.
