I can’t log in because I’d not know my username and it can’t be my email I also didn’t make one for the signup so I don’t have a username so I can’t use the app or sign in

This guys were very series service provider for DNS unblocking and VPN. Now this is just a scam. If you try and setup the dns it fails to open geolocation and when you contact support they JSU task you to go over a huge list of test for them!!! Who it the correct state of mind would do all that. I’m paying for a service not to be a employe. Next is the VPN iOS app. It just does not do anything, all services tell you they have detected a proxy or VPN and that’s it. It just does not work. If you try any other competitor app it works with no issue but this that you pay for it does not. I paid for 3 years in advance. When you reach out to them about the VPN app they just despier and no longer respond to you.
Anyway to keep this always on?

The app does nothing. It just refuses to login. A real shame, because SmartDNS just rocks, probably the best among them all.
Some reviewers are not setting up properly

Smart DNS Proxy’s VPN user ID needs to be set from their website, and it is different from the Smart DNS Proxy’s usual ID. I suspect some recent reviewers are not using the proper ID. Once proper ID/password are entered, the VPN app is working well. Not the most sophisticated VPN app in the market, but as a side benefit of using their Smart DNS service, it is a great deal.

Entered my username and password and tried to connect to a number of servers and nothing. I’ve tried this in China, Europe and the US and it doesn’t work.
