Slomoer
SloMoer allows you to put multiple slow motion control points on the timeline of your video. You can adjust these control points as either faster or slower than the original footage.

Once you've put your control points onto your video, tap the "Apply" button to see the results. Tap "Share" to save or otherwise share you footage.
If you need to adjust the control points position or speed factor tap the "Edit" button.
SloMoer also allows you to to crop the beginning time and ending time of your footage.
