I like the app, sure there are times when I’m not in bed that it thinks I am, but mostly it works. I have an issue with the flex base preset options. More expensive bases give you additional preset options, the one we have doesn’t. This is purely a software/up selling issue. If I can program a “favorite” I should be able to have an additional preset or the built in reading option.

Turns out that the ability to adjust the position of my base on the fly requires Bluetooth to be turned on. If bluetooth is not enabled or connected, you have to hit “set”. otherwise I like the ability to track sleep.

For someone who spends a lot of time using my bed while not sleeping, it would be beneficial if I could restrict the time periods that consist of my sleeping period so that my sleep number score was more accurate

App should allow user to specify sleep period to use for sleep quality calculations. ie 11pm to 6am. Anytime on bed outside sleep period should NOT be used in sleep calculation. This would avoid lots of editing of sleep data

Developer responded that I could set the timer for the bed position of upright I wanted every morning automatically but the timer only goes up to 3 hours. I'd be helpful to make the timer up to 12 hours so we can program it to wake us up in the upright position.

For all the money spent on this mattress the app controlling it should be much better. The remote is crap to. Thanks for making us feel like a sucker Sleep Number.

You need to create a nap mode. It’s dumb to get 11 pt sleep scores for a nap. Afternoon naps are a 111 sleep score.

I love using the Sleep Number app. When I haven’t had good night’s sleep or when I feel exceptionally rested, I check my score. I like seeing the correlation between what is going on in my life and how I sleep.
