I just tried this app and it worked so well!! Normally hypnosis never works on me, but this worked so well it was creepy!! I love this app, you should definitely get it!!
Have tried a few sleep hypnosis apps with limited success, but the combination of soothing meditative voice and background music really work for me ?
I personally think that the sleep app makes you feel relaxed and sleepy I use it before bed and it works if you have trouble getting sleep at night then you should use it. You can also use just use it to to relax so if your really thinking about getting this app you should listen to me and get it I absolutely love this app.
The session for falling asleep is very well narrated and effective. I get sleepy and relaxed within the first couple of minutes!
It really worked for me. I've had trouble sleeping and needed to reset my sleep schedule. This app helps. I thought it was funny that the hypnotic suggestion asked me to clean my teeth before bed.. But as I gave in and listened my mind drifted in and out of awareness. This is cool and relaxing.
