So it’s a really great app! I’ll give you that but I don’t know why it keeps banning me I do nothing log in there for a couple minutes maybe a hour or two then suddenly I’m banned and can’t get my account back it’s very Annoying

Both this app and Skout have several issues. The team who runs the app is extremely unprofessional and rude. There’s several glitches they refuse to fix or offer support with. They will randomly ban your accounts. Do not bother downloading. UPDATE TO DEV RESPONSE: attempted to reach out to support only to be met with a even worse support experience with absolutely no assistance. This app is a lost cause. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

I was blocked for violating terms. Maybe I was reported as a catfish? I haven’t even been on in years, and I’m verified on the sister app, MeetMe so.. What? Lol, oh well.

i didn’t violate terms, my account was deleted and i am device banned. i contacted support and they gave me my account back but i could only use it on chrome because i was still device banned. then they deleted my account again for no reason and i emailed support over and over and they haven’t helped at all
