Yes, this app does allow you to write a note offline and then it will link to Evernote once you are online…however the thought that you will have access to all of your Evernote notes offline is not the case and that is what you are paying for when you use Evernote Premium. So the fact that they suggest that this will allow offline access to your notes, and to suggest that this app provides the functionality of Evernote Premium is completely deceptive…so unless clicking on a note once instead of twice is a big deal to you, don’t waste your money.
