This app can be used for communicating with GNU Social (StatusNet), an open-source Microblogging (Twitter-like). You can use this App to connect to an public GNU Social (StatusNet) or your self-hosted.

Was hopeful then ios13 removes that....

Nothing displays now under iOS 13. Prior too upgrade, app was a glimmer of hope. Works with Friendica! But needs to display public and federated time line. Pop that in there and I would say we are in to 3.5 / 4 stars. As of iOS upgrade everything is a blank screen. :-(

Searches cause a crash. Can't add photos because the keyboard pops up the buttons don't realign

Needs an option to remove ads.

Nice to see an open source app for StatusNet / GnuSocial on iOS, but why does it show ads with no option to pay and remove them?

App works pretty well, but desperately needs a way to remove ads, along with adding public timeline and The Whole Known Network.

A pre-existing account is required to use this app. Unfortunately gnu-social accepts no other pre-existing profiles for those of us VoiceOer users who cannot solve their captchas. With that restriction in place there is little more such an app like this can do. One good thing about this app is so far as I was able to use it VoiceOver worked well with the app.
