I never received book. I clicked on link and it stated I didn’t have. Access. I reached out and never received a response and I am on the hook for the money. So I spent $125 and got nothing. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
They are charging me for sonething I never receive and the store never made responsible. Already sent emails to shop app and the never answer me back

This app used to be great for tracking packages coming from different sources. Lately it’s still showing packages from mid December but nothing new. I’ve tried disconnecting my account and reconnecting and still it doesn’t work. I hope you get it working again, it was a great tool!
i placed a order on november 17th it said to wait about 4-6weeks i still don’t have my stuff that’s was approx 9 weeks ago , i spent my hard earned money on this and i still don’t have my crap
The app has been redesigned to make it worse. Now instead of showing all your packages being tracked, it’s buried in a subpage that you have to tap to get to. Instead, now they show you “my shops” with ads from the places you’ve tracked orders from. Count me out.
