Shooot is designed to help you take photos that look less posed and more instinctive. To do that, we eliminated three main distractions common to digital photography:
No viewfinder. Shooot removes the viewfinder, so you quickly capture the energy of a moment without ruining the vibe.
No crazy filters. Shooot uses a streamlined film roll approach, giving you a cohesive aesthetic across a series of 12 shots – perfect for parties or hikes or quick trips. For each shoot, you’ll be able to choose color or black&white, grain or no grain options, and square or 3:2 dimensions.
No second-guessing. Just like the photomat days, you’ll have to wait for your photos to ‘develop’ – finished shoots become available the morning after your last shot. You’ll surprise yourself constantly, and learn to trust your inner photographic genius.
