Seven Days is a lively mix of local arts, music, food, news and opinion that examines and celebrates political and cultural life in Vermont. The largest independent weekly in a left-leaning state, it links a community of more than 71,000 educated, active readers in urban, suburban and rural areas within an hour of supremely liveable metro Burlington. Weekly, audited distribution extends to seven ski areas, including Stowe, Sugarbush, Killington, and Smugglers’ Notch and 12 college campuses, including Middlebury College and the University of Vermont. Seven Days specializes in cultural coverage, and its news, arts and food writers regularly snag awards from the Association of Alternative Newsmedia and the Vermont Press Association. The VPA has named Seven Days Vermont's best non- daily newspaper five times in the last eight years. Our web video series, "Stuck in Vermont," has been featured on YouTube, and has garnered more than 1.5 million views
Great magazine. Good app. Love the sharpness of pictures and print.
This is by far the best news service in the East
I’m a total Seven Days fan - both the app and hard copy. Both versions deliver amazing news, stories and resources - I rely on them daily. It’s a privilege to live in Vermont and benefit from its wonderful journalism. Thank you, Seven Days!
Love this so much more than the print edition. Interactive story elements which expand story give richness to stories.
Seven Days provides great value to anyone interested in Vermont, whether for news, culture, food, or jobs. The app, however, is essentially a pdf of the paper. You can zoom in but you have to zoom back out to turn the page. There’s very little functionality. If you don’t have access to the hard copy, this app is better than nothing.
Seven days content is my favorite. The app itself has some minor issues: 1. Top right corner has an icon to ‘flip for latest news” which often covers up important content. 2. I’ve also experienced where certain letters are consistently missing in articles on the app. Print and online version have them
