I’m using iPhone 11. Just started using it a week ago. I had poke around to figure out how to verify my ST pay to go from yellow to green. I have logged in on the website via desktop to make sure my information was inputting correctly. It did. I do not have any fancy OT and weird hours so it automatically populates my hours from the previous day. I’m still I. Training so I will update as I experience more.

Trying to submit my time sheet is such a hassle. I NEED TO GET PAID AND CANT BECAUSE IT WONT GIVE AN OPTION TO SUBMIT. The creators of this app never use it so they don’t experience the terrible features

App refuses to work under almost any conditions and must be force closed multiple times before it is able to process inputs. If possible get your employer to switch timekeeping software.

Every time you go to enter your hours, you will be stuck on a loading screen. If you don’t reset the app then you will not see your hours submitted. Once you rest the app, any changes you have made to your hours will not be there when you reopen the app and you will have to start from square one. This app needs heavy debugging.

I would never use this (even for free) if I weren’t forced to use it for time entry. This thing has so many ways it fails that I can’t waste my time detailing them all.

Main issue for me is when trying to scroll up or down the hours dials, the whole app scrolls and I loose my place. Very poorly thought out and as a result much harder to use than it should be. A second problem is that there seems to be no way to submit a zero hours time sheet. I had to give up and go to the website instead. Two thumbs down.

I’ve been trying to use this app but everytime I try to enter information it either gives me an error or doesn’t show I’ve entered information. I know there is info input because when I go to safari on my phone I am able to see that I have times entered from previous log ins on the web. Needs improvement as I see I’m not the only one with a bad review

I’d say it “at least gets the job done” but it really doesn’t. The time entry is pretty annoying on this thing. Scrolling to get accurate hours/minutes has a weird, floaty/janky feel to it. If you scroll too quickly, the time entry tool will zip past the hour or minute you were trying to pick. When it’s not doing that, the scrolling will decide to rubber-band back to a prior selection. It’s pretty unwieldy. Not the worst app I’ve used, but I do kind of sigh a bit when I remember it’s time to enter my time sheet. I am not holding my breath for an update to fix this, because it’s still not updated to fill the entire screen of iPhone X and above. This thing is pretty ancient. You have to essentially trick the UI into doing its job.

I’m giving this app 2 stars because it hasn’t prevented me from getting paid, but wow this thing is clunky. Often times it’s hard to scroll to the correct time (I often have to re-scroll about 10 times before the app even recognizes I’m touching the screen) and other times it’s wildly sensitive and jumps from 5 hours to 12 hours without me even noticing. PLEASE make this app more user friendly. It shouldn’t be this hard to log work time
