I have changed my device and trying to logging in and they say the are send verification code but I don’t get any. Please rectify this error

I’ve been trying many times for the sms code to be sent to my cell phone but not coming and I’ve tried contacting the help support but the email not being sent.i just changed my device and it’s not working. The worst app ever ???
I am not getting verification text

I am trying since 2 days but not receiving text for verifying text from app. I am not sure what to rate, and app doesn’t let me contact customer care as well.

I changed my device couple months ago. I had balance in my ringo app. Now I have been trying to activate ringo in my new device but it’s not sending any verification code to my phone number. I tried hundred times and tried to contact technical support. I emailed them 2/3 times. Never heard from them. Very disappointing.
Call response recorded

My two minuets call was recorded and played over and over to me for 10 minuets. Even if the call is dropped they will record and repeat the response for you as long as they can so you can be charged for it. When asked them to solve the issue which happened just a week ago they said that log is old make new calls so we can have fresh logs then we will solve your problem. Why should I pay for your problems. The want me to make a call that they will record it and play it back to me as long as possible and make money on there issue .

This app used to be good now is the worst app you can ever use my calls never go through to any number I’m trying to call and when it does it connect to wrong numbers and it been like that for months I don’t understand what the issue is but contacted customer support and they never fix the problem.

This is by far the worst calling app I have ever used. They change the rates at their will. They have increased the rates from 1 cent to 75 cents. And that too after I recharged my account. Don’t use this junk.

I’m having issues making calls since today. Please fix. Other than that it’s great. I have no issues calling India.

There might be several other apps. But Ringo always Tops, call Quality peaks, service and support Rocks.
