Horrible deserves no stars

I was on level 56 and the game restarted all over.? it started me all over again it’s not letting me get all my stuff that i had before. Very frustrating.

Been playing this game for years it's a fun and stress free game. Only issue I have is why does it stop my music on my iPod that I'm listening too? I'd rather listen to my music over the annoying repetitive in game music. After getting to a point where I was past level 50 out of nowhere the game just decides to reset itself back to start. So instead of trying to file an issue with your stupid online form but I don’t have half the info you ask for because you rest my game so I can’t look that info up!! I’ll just delete and never use your apps again!

There is absolutely no player support on this game!! I have tried three times to contact Storm8 regarding an unintentional purchase. No response from them!! So sad!!

Played daily and data was only saved to phone. Today it suddenly stops loading my game data and made me start all over. It won’t load my old game data and keeps crashing. Says something about confirming email on device before I can contact you guys on the app. Please help!

One of the levels you have to pass in order to buy more property you have to have more friends. I always hated when ppl would spam me with notifications so I don’t want to do that to other ppl not only that it makes me create a friend code yet everything I enter is wrong.

I only this game for less than ten minutes, and it froze twice and said ‘processing’ for nearly half the time I was on it. Every time something popped on my screen all my customers disappeared and my cooking times restarted.

I have very mixed feelings about this game, I really like it but I hate that it requires Facebook friends to be able to expand my restaurant. I really liked it but now I’m at the point that I can’t move forward so I’m probably gonna have to stop playing it again. It’s frustrating to make it so far and not be able to continue. Please fix this and make other options for expansion so I can enjoy your game again.

It’s a good game but it gets very boring after a while. And sometimes in the middle of the game it would say processing and it will continue processing for a while then I will have to restart the game over. But if people don’t mind all of the issues that were told about the game. Than yah I would definitely recommend it. But I definitely don’t mind playing it.
