An annoying problem ???

The game is pretty cool, the only thing that bothers me is when it freezes. You'll be in the middle of cooking or setting up your place and than out of no where it'll say "processing" and the screen won't move. The only way to fix the problem is to turn your phone off and then load the game. ??????

This game is so badly conceived that it eats all your real money. The gems will disappear if you are not careful with the pop ups, of course no refund if you accidentally use them (say, to retrieve some pathetic spoiled food) :-(. There is NOT even a confirmation question if your gems is about to be used. Perhaps the app was purposely written that way by the programmers so they can snatch your gems. Very greedy. Game crashes often. And they have the worst customer support. Not worth your precious time and your hard-earned money. I wish there is a minus star rating so I can give them a PERFECT MINUS 10!

If I could rate this game no stars I would. Game glitches and pop up adds are almost nonstop. Like can I just play the game, plz. Or at least have them be different adds because I'm SICK OF seeing an add to support cancer when instead of spending the company's money on supporting cancer they make a dumb add.
