Fun but it’s irritating

It’s a fun game but if you go to sleep and wake up your food will be burnt and have flys around it most of the food is 7hrs 8hrs 3hrs or the customers will eat the food you had made for overnight then you’ll loose a lot of money this game is best for someone who works late hrs or doesn’t sleep much.

I have been playing this game since 2008..it was fun back then, but now the goals are ridiculous with so many parts required, the parts that we collected for years to use are no longer used except for the 5-day goals..These ads that completely cut off playing when trying to cook items has gotten beyond my control of anger..Many of us are still working & log on to serve & cook food but keep getting cut off with a “black screen”! Need to stop these..the pop ups are still too frequent, but not as annoying as totally stopping the game!

Good game but way too many ads to want to keep playing. Because of the ads, I’m lucky to play a day or two out of a month. Loading the game, AD. Tap on food when it’s ready, AD. Ads consume the game to the point where a person cannot enjoy it. AD.
Love this game without pop up ads

I have been playing for over 10 years. Play with hundreds of people around the world. They just recently added pop up ads which is ruining the game. Please stop pop up ads and it will be a 5 star game. I thought after so many complaints over the past few months they would stop pop up ads but still the same. I know storm 8 needs to make money but make the ads voluntary for rewards

I have played Restaurant Story for 5 years now. In the past 6 months it has become increasingly irritating to try to play and have the game just suddenly stop. At first I thought it was my device, but am hearing from other players that it is the game. This I can’t even get into it to do anything, including cook or pick up the tips from my table. Storm 8 needs to fix this !!

The reason why this game gets two stars instead of one is because in the end, it is a fun game to play. Otherwise, there are a LOT of technical problems with this game, despite receiving updates regularly. This game has recently been updated, and we still have no iPhone X support... what is up with that? And this is a game that desperately needs it, as it often feels awkward playing it. We’re now onto the iPhone 11 and we still don’t have support. For a game that is getting regularly updated, that is absurd. Pop-up galore. Oh my God, this game has WAY too many pop-ups for quests, gems, you name it. It happens every time you start the game, and takes a good 30 seconds sometimes to get through them. That is unacceptable. And this update added advertisements that play randomly during gameplay? This game has been out for the longest time, why only now does this need to go in? Especially when we’ve been given the option to watch ads for gems? Pathetic! And then there are the numerous bugs and glitches that I know have plagued this game from the beginning... sometimes my screen cuts off to where only half my screen is being used. Again, IPHONE X SUPPORT NEEDED. Above all, there’s the infamous “Processing” glitch. Every now and then a loading screen that says “Processing” will show usually after purchasing something or using a gift. One of two things are going to happen: either it’s an infinite screen, or you will discover once the loading screen goes away, something you just purchased disappeared, along with the money you just spent for something that is now no longer there. Again, this has been in the game since the beginning, and no update yet has addressed this. I still would recommend to give this game, along with its older twin Bakery Story (which also has the same gameplay issues as this game) a try. But it is seriously about time that the game gets a real update to where it is fixed and has full iPhone X support. Also, the pop-ups really need to be toned down. UPDATE: New update supposedly included performance improvements and bug fixes? Both are lies. This new update brings to you pop up ads that appear right after putting food on a counter. And now, most of the ads force launch the app store. Unbelievable. I am now dropping my rating to one star.
