pretty good but...

very smooth connections and runs solidly. with respect to the while-connected icons, functionality and documentation/help: i'll just say "there is room for improvement".

Awesome App!!

I absolutely love this app. I remote into about 20 sights around the world at any given time. I can be remoted in and working I less than 30 seconds. I provide technical support around the world. I can be in Spain connected to Canada and then switch to Brazil or Australia in a flash. I actually encountered my first issue tonight. I was trying to make the * symbol and it kept making something different, not sure what that was. But still an awesome app

PATHETIC

0 actual documentation, forced to contact support with just basic queries, who takes 12-20+ hours to give a generic answer and not answer the question at all. NO viable key import option (clipboard, anyone), horrible management, awful UI. You can get WAY better for way less. Don't waste your $$ here

Revised review

Okay, I am revising my last review because I fixed the keyboard issue. Changing the keyboard mode from U.S. to direct fixes the typos with logging into my windows box. But the connection shortcuts are still too close together and it works differently from the cheaper iPhone version and takes some getting used to.

Doesn't even work

Waste of time and money! Absolutely NO documentation or help with anything!!!! They should be sued for stating the exact opposite.

Good app for IT pros

I see many people complaining about instructions which is understandable. I though have tried most of the major Remote Desktop apps and this one by far has the most features. First it has the flexible sync options that works. Other popular applications (Jump) allow syncing through google which deactivates when I am out of town on unknown IP addresses in unknown areas leaving me unable to connect to the resources that I need. It also not only does RDP and VNC but also SSH. This allows me to sync my customer connections between devices seamlessly. The session list gives the most flexibility if you have a long list of devices that you connect to. I find this immensely useful and have given each of my customers their own category in order to simply finding sessions. My only complaint would be a bubble implementation of the mouses which allows me to precisely point the mouse. I love the trackpad mode when I need it as it makes navigation simple. In summary if you are a hard core IT professional this may be the app for you because of the many features. I personally am a sr engineer/architect and find this applications greatly useful.

La mejor y con muchas opciones.

De todas las de su tipo es la que tiene mayor libertad y opciones para su uso. Funciona de maravilla

Opens but little else in iOS8

While I can open the app, when I hit the + to add a session, nothing ever happens other than the + grays out. iPhone 6+ on iOS 8.

Outstanding

Nurse Steve

Truely a best in class product. Very robust, stable and sensible core functionality. Ssh+protocol functionality works exactly as advertised. Net bios resolution is fast and glitch free. Certainly worth the asking price and then some. No competitors product even comes close to the core functionality of remoter .

Don't waste your time or money

I wanted an app that would allow me to SSH into my laptop on my local LAN. A simple username and password should be all that is required along with an IP Address or hostname. I have three different flavors of machines on my local network, all running SSH, to date I have been unable to connect to any of them with this tool. BUT I can sit at any one of the machines and SSH between any of them with absolutely no problems or issues. So buyer beware, don't waste your time or money.
