Homelink feature doesn’t work on 2014 S

I downloaded this app in an effort to solve the problem of having a remote garage, out of range of WiFi, to open it from my phone using the Tesla Homelink garage door opener. The Homelink command gives me an error, which gives directions to change my vehicle settings by turning on “summons”. My 2014 Model S has no such feature, this rendering this app useless to me.

This app has a lot of potential – – at first it seems like you have to be a rocket scientist to figure out the maze of options… and that would be just fine, but for one major missing feature: The “SUMMON” option should be among the top five -- or at least easily accessible -- on the main page with a quick look. My key fob does not always work for summon and even my phone sometimes (depending on the signal) it’s not 100% reliable. I was hoping this app would be the answer to both of these problems, but so far I’m having trouble even FINDING the summons option on this plethora of actions and choices!

I use both the Tesla as and this app. This app is much faster and use fingerprint unlocking. Worth the few dollars.

I don’t find this app to do anything better then the Tesla official app. I don’t have an Apple Watch so what else can I do with this? I don’t find it’s worth the money I paid for it.

This program seems to connect to my car more reliably than the native Tesla app. I primarily use it to turn on the a/c to cool the car before driving. Having all the control options on one screen is nice but it would be helpful if the buttons that are used to execute an action were about twice as large as they are - and if they were a bit more spread out to minimize the likelihood of pressing multiple buttons simultaneously.

Presets allow you to easily specify 70%, 75% charge level. Much easier than dragging slider. Nice to be able to run so many features from the app.

Lock unlock w apple watch series 3 LTE does not function

I got this app specifically for the lock/unlock feature using the apple watch series 3 with LTE to use when the watch is untethered to mi iphone. In spite of reading developer notes on this issue the feature simply will not function reliably on my untethered apple watch. Frustrated. Spent $10 for nothing. Apple watch appears unable to remain connected to app/car and is intermittent in function. When it does connect untethered it is very very slow to respond to commands. I want to like this. Hoping for better Apple watch series 3 untethered capability.

Nice app for tesla drivers

I use a combo of this and the manufacturer app but most of the time I use this one to monitor the car, turn on or off climate control, etc. The interface is a little clunky and it’s mildly annoying how the charge limit prompt seems to pop up almost always when opening app but these are not a big deal. That’s what kept it from 5 stars. The functionality is good. It’s definitely worth the money.
