The instruction are terrible. Also you can’t call for support, the only way to contact is texting. I don’t recommend this app unless the developers come here and help with instructions.

If I could give it one star I would. So I am a YouTuber (2k Twins) and I made a mistake and deleted one of my videos off of my iCloud. So I looked up how to recover videos from your iCloud and then I found this app. I got so relieved until I tried to put my information in and it didn’t work until the fifth try. I finally got it to work and then when I pressed upload from iCloud, it just kept saying your action has fail would you like to try again. So I kept trying again. And it didn’t work so I came and looked at the reviews and it was mostly one star so I was like “wow” this app is fake and deceiving. Right now I’m scanning my computer to make sure that this app did not give me any viruses. Please do not download this app to your Microsoft software or to your iPhone.
It's actually a $50 app that you don't need

Another waste of time if you don't like paying $50 for something Apple already has. I lost messages, contacts, notes after another bad Apple update(9.2). I found the answers on line. Google your problem and some blogger will have a list of fixes. Some of these sites are covers for another app they are charging money for that is again not needed. Most problems are in family sharing when you don't have separate emails signing each family member. I found answers easily and they were quite easy.

Love it!!!it's great software to recover your data. Also even good to see what your girl deletes and keeps on her phone..women can be really sneaky...must have program!!

It is a little deceiving that you mention nothing About paying $50 bucks and downloading another software on your desktop to even access the app. Don't waste your time unless you've got the money now.
