I was a bit concerned with the reviews here, because I had already signed up for a year's subscription before checking out the iPad app functionality. I installed on my Windows 7 machine first. Got connected and checked the functionality. Then I installed the iPad app. I went through the instructions, installed the VPN profile as directed. This process is similar to what I've done before with a different provider. After installing and connecting with a profile, I checked that it functions as expected. I later installed the app on my iPhone 5, installed the profile without going through the guide I followed on the iPad. Connected with no problem. So, all is good; at least untill I connect from overseas; which is the reason I changed VPN vendors. For the time being, I'm good to go with my domestic VPN requirement. Edit: doesn't have landscape mode on iPad. UI is crashing, though it seems to be connected. ([VPN] symbol in upper left is showing)

Shady Billing Tactics

Just a heads up, not sure why there are so many 5 stars but this company has extremely shady billing practices. They sent me a overdue invoice after trying out the service for a few hours. Canceling is a nightmare, and their customer service can't do anything. Pick a VPN that is in a country with good privacy. This company is based in China.
