Functionality horrible

I normally use the website to do my scheduling and decided to start using the app. I tried logging in with my email and password and it stated log in error. Mind you this is same login Info I use for the website. I decided to change password to see if that would help, but nope the same issue. Why is my online account out of synch with my app log in?

There are so many things that need to be fixed. The biggest thing being having to have multiple logins for different locations. This just doesn’t make sense. I understand that each location is a franchise but customers should not have to log in and log out each time to check a different location’s schedule. They need to figure that out on their end and not have customers deal with all of that. Secondly, the registration asks for way too much information. You don’t need to know where I live, my emergency contact info, etc just to register on an app!

When the app works it is great, however at least every other week I cannot log in in one of my devices. Uninstalling does not work. Very frustrating. Would love a class counter and book multiple classes at once

This app is very easy to use, and to schedule classes. I do wish you could see your class count as part of the attendance section.

I can’t log in to save my life. I can’t even reset my password - just a generic “failed” message. Frustrating.

For all the money that I pay for my membership you were thinking you guys would have a better application. It doesn’t have my studio listed West Hartford Connecticut it sometimes says my password is wrong when it’s not and it will not let me book classes through the app it doesn’t even show me the schedule for West Hartford
Frustrating App

Two stars since on average I can successfully book a class, however on multiple occasions I find that if the day I’m booked in a class and want to switch the class to another time, the class I’d like to switch to shows that I can book it, but when I call the studio they say that class is full.
Can’t Even Use It

This app doesn’t have my Pure Barre location listed so I literally can’t use it anymore. My understanding is that it was supposed to be fixed but that was months ago. This is really disappointing.

This app seems like the update was for Pure Barre and not the clients. Having to log in every time you use the app is inconvenient and frustrating. It also doesn’t make sense to have to toggle back from my bookings to book classes in a bulky way. Why are the farthest out classes first on the “my bookings” page? Booking multiple classes is clumsy. And I miss being able to tell what classes are full even if you have it booked already. Would much prefer the old app.
