This is the most advanced buy fix and sell software tool I have ever seen. This app meets all of my needs as an real estate investor looking to both evaluate and manage property rehabs. This is the first app I’ve seen that calculates maximum allowable offer which in my opinion, is the single most important number you need to know as property flipper. Great work!

I love this App. I'm a newbie flipper/wholesaler and it has made my process of getting information and estimating my profit margins quickly and accurately. Also my investor loves the professional spreadsheet he gets emailed from me to see the information on the possible property and give me an answer quickly. If you don't yet have a system in place to analyze your flip deals then you should definitely check out this App.

This app is great and easy to use. It makes me a newbie to real estate investing and project manager look like a polished professional with the reports it produces. I can walk through a house and list what needs to be done, get quotes, identify my maximum allowable offer and what my profit can be. I can keep myself, contractors and subs on target and within budget. I don't know what I would do without this app. It's gold to me.

Just wish you could update existing category names. Instead you must delete the existing category if you want to change the name. Also, for full-time investors on the go (like myself), the $20.00 upgrade was well worth it.

There is absolutely no functionality in the free version of this app. If you want to add a property to analyze and evaluate the app itself, all you get is an offer to buy the free version for $19.95. If the app is any good, then the developer should at least allow for some functionality so that potential buyers can do a "test drive".

This app is the best bang for the buck. Easy method for creating quick and dirty spreadsheets to check your margins and make decisions. I carry my iPad (easier to navigate than on iPhone and the iCloud sharing makes it available to your phone for quick reference later) to sites and just punch in the items after the walk through/inspection. Makes it easy to avoid wasting time and effort on evaluation. I'd say it has some glitches with keeping info from the templates straight. Also, the sync sometimes fails to work and you can get multiple evaluations for the same property.
