I bought this app because its developers promised to support the app for a long time for a reasonable price. But this promise is now removed from the app description and no updates have been released for more than 1 year. Unexpectedly it become just another deprecated app which may be removed from AppStore automatically if it not going to be supported anymore. It is still good app and for sure I’ll get back here and change my rating if it starts to be frequently updated again.
META key needed
I equipped my iPad Pro with a Smart Keyboard Folio, and I prefer use emacs in terminal. When use emacs with prompt, I cannot find a key acting as a “M” key, which is just “META” key. The virtual keyboard key META in prompt works well, BUT when use smart keyboard with iPad, there is no key which works as a META. Is there another way to get a META key for Smart Keyboard? Thanks anyway…

It’s a sound app but lacks basic iCloud sync, a feature that Panic has never been able to get working in their newer apps - they used to have it. They had to create their own sync solution but, who wants to save key information about the private connections that you have to your servers, on their servers?

How to maintain the link with the server? The link will be disconnected after a few seconds of inactivity. Hope developers improve

This tool is extremely flexible, clean, fast and well designed. It lets you connect, do real work with an optimized design that gets out of your way. Excellent value - well worth the cost as the developer is quick to improve and squash bugs / annoyances when they crop up. Highly customizable themes for people that care how their terminal looks. The default is very usable. The 2.5 update is a great one - many new features for power users. Unless you need mosh support, this is the app to get.

There are other apps that better support the latest iOS features. Few are as good as Prompt. This is our modern dilemma.

Never mind. NOW it works again! Maybe you just have to close the app, and only open up after VPN has successfully connected. Broken again, and now begging for reviews. Piss off! I’m overwhelmed. Anyone know how to restore this to functionality that it used to have? Is Apple’s VPN not routing port 22 now, or what?!?
