When I try to make calls it generates numbers on its own and goes to my phone dialer instead of the app Dailer. It usually try to use my phone credit instead of the apps credit. Fix this

I forgot my number and user name, i sent them email and what i got reply i have no account.... I was like stupid thanks God it was only $4+ And these guys are not replying with user name or any link to recover user name Total waste of money !

When We subscribe they run away. Can’t even receive calls nor make calls. I’m on world wide plan yet I can’t call. Your app is a waste of resources.

Have been using this app for months, I purchased a phone number so I can text but I don’t get notifications if I have any message/inbox and same things happening to my friends, just this notifications... I will be glad if Primo can fix this notification issue so I can get notified while I’m out of the app

Can’t receive photos or send out photos. Please resolve this. My voicemails don’t come if I’m not connected to the internet

I downloaded this app to have an alternate phone number to call my family out of the country a few weeks ago. I also purchased a phone number for $4.99 thinking it would work effectively. Unfortunately, this was an absolute garbage. The app started to crash every single time I try to call or send any text messages. All calls and texts were rejected due to app error. At least that is what the error message said. So I contacted customer service with my concern and asked if they have fixed the bug solution to the problem, but I received nothing. I got an email back with the response, our team will be revising the concern. But that was the last time I heard from them. Obviously, it was a small amount but they ran once they got the money, this was by far the worst purchase in the App Store. Here is my suggestion, don’t even consider or think about downloading this app, it will be a waste of space on your phone and money. What a joke! There are plenty free apps that are 100% free and more efficient than this garbage.
