This app is a good idea, but it's super rough around the edges. The graphics look like a first grader drew them, and the icons are very confusing. It might work better to include actual words with the art so the user knows what the icons mean. The idea is to drag these icons into a bin every day as a sort of checklist of the "Primal" things you have done that day, but the dragging will get old fast. It would be nicer and more efficient to just tap the icons to signify that you've completed each item that day. All in all it seems like a nice idea, similar to the Seinfeld Calandar, that might be a useful motivational tool for those just starting the Primal blueprint, but will likely be abandoned after a couple of weeks.

The only comment necessary is that this app has made me more primal. I've been paleo/ primal for several years but I have "cheat" foods here and there... This app keeps me honest about how often that happens (I blame the holidays). Plus I find myself going for walks in the evening when I might otherwise have been lazy or going to crossfit when I want to sleep in, just to improve my score! The accountability really works.

This is just right for me. It could not be more simple for input of data every day. And the comment area lets me see weeks later the reasons why I was below par - weather, illness, etc.

It's not flashy but it's a good tool for those of us who have been primal/paleo for a while but find ourselves slipping. I like the nightly reminder to log and the exercise in being accountable. You need to be able to set your own standards, though. This won't teach the primal basics.

Love the way this app lets me track my adherence to Primal Fitness goals. I especially like how easy it is to just drag icons into each day's square ... while the app totals my score and adds it to my history.

Keeps me on track and focused on my goals. Dragging the icons is simple and easy. I like the ability to quickly see how my week and then my month is shaping up. The comment section lets me highlight my personal challenges and successes.
