As others say, it does not tell you if the server is allowing games to run. All it does is ping the server and tell you the round-trip ping time.

I found a bug where the widget is completely broken. I even tried turning off wifi and cellular data, so it couldn't work, and it still said it was online. Fix the bug.

Does not show proper status. The IP address may respond to a ping, but does not mean the software on the server is running. Don't expect real status' from this app.

Don't believe any of the positive reviews for this app. This is a complete waste space on your iPhone. Save yourself the trouble and go online, type in a Google search for "Pokemon Go server status," and it will provide you with a more accurate answer than this garbage.
