I don't trust user based Pokemon sightings but I was looking for a map of pokestops. The app shows only user marked pokestops (not nearly as vast as the Google pokestop search is) and oftentimes they are wrong. You also can't remove all Pokemon sightings from your search so that you only get pokestops (which is the whole reason I downloaded the app). Niantic updated the game to show certain Pokemon to only those users (i.e. When my son and I play together, we often don't see the same Pokemon unless they are commons). If you're using this app to search for rares, it is completely useless because rares pop at different levels for different people with the new update.
All this needs is a filter that scraps Pokemon spotted a while ago. And maybe a cp calculator for good measure. Pretty much all of the Pokemon around me were found over a week ago.
