So, I know the peeps who created this. They also (created) built the first mega ramps AND have been building skateparks, comp venues, and contest concepts for years. By skaters, for skaters. I like this app for a few solid reasons. It allows sponsor companies & teams to see who the rising Ams are, without having to filter through endless hours of footie. Having the community vote and weigh in allows for a credible way of filtering the talent to the top...IF enough credible skaters get and use this app. My only hesitation, or concern, is if a person can false up-vote w/non-skate scene users-friends, fam, etc. Fortunately, I'm hoping the CA Skate/Ramps, Industry sponsor users, athletes, etc., stay involved enough on this App; AND the App backend has a way of monitoring that stuff. Anyway. I like. Cool way of seeing the talent, pop vote vs. judges etc. Cheers!
