Can you implement a way to pin certain article at the top. The more you save the more you lose track of articles. Please give us a feature to pin articles at the top to read later.

Great app!

Pocket is a great app for articles that you can’t usually find without really looking. Also reasonably curated to the interests of the user and great for left-handed people.

It works sometimes

ice001234

Usually fails despite indicating that everything was downloaded. I only have WiFi at home with no cell service or any other data. I will patiently wait for Pocket to finish downloading while I'm connected to WiFi at home. Then when I'm away from wifi and have no other data, I open the app and usually get blanks. It worked a lot better (actually usually worked) on my Android phone. So maybe it's some iPhone problem. Whatever it is, I wish they could fix it.

Hard to fix

I overall liked it as a bookmarking service, but when pages break, it is difficult to remedy. There is no visible way to view the original page at the top, and it requires several steps to open the page in Firefox to, for example, see pictures that were omitted in the rendering. It also does not render equations with mathjax. I am sure the team works hard to make the app robust to the zillions of webpages out there, I just wish more effort were taken to make things easy to fix, rather than hard to break.

Everyone needs to own this app

Free to use, but I loved it so much, I got paid version with the suggested readings

I want to take notes

I would love to be able to take notes inside pocket.

One of the best apps ever made

This app was inevitable in the information economy, but these people nailed it. It’s just so perfect for people who love to read both short and long form. But really you can save any url you want! Just brilliant! And the offline feature is clutch too.

Tips & Updates

tommuller99

I like the way Pocket allows me to quickly save articles I don’t have time to read right away. Two features would be nice for future updates: 1) Put a one-step delete button at the bottom of the article. The current process takes three clicks. 2) Add a file manager to enable sorting and categories for stored articles.
