When i get messages i never get a vibration or sound and its definitely not my phone its so annoying i always miss messages from friends wanting to play
The app was working perfectly fine last week. However, for the past couple of days I’ve been getting notifications for messages I’ve been getting but once I get onto the app, it says “Cannot Connect To Service” and the message I received isn’t there, but it is on my PS4. It also won’t let me send messages either due to this problem. I thought signing in and signing out would make it work, but it says “Cannot Connect To Internet” when I try to sign out. From there I clicked, “Clear Cache” and it signed me out automatically. When I clicked “Sign In”, again. There’s a loading icon that pops up for around 1 second then asks me to sign in again, and the same thing keeps happening. This app used to be great with no problems at all. But the past months of using this app have been horrible.
I’m unable to connect. It was working well, but know I can’t even sign it.
Like title says the app wouldn't let me finish two-step verification as well as is poorly designed for the size of my phone. Just more Sony stuff that doesn't work like the PS4 user interface and store.
This app and all the other playstation apps don’t start up anymore. I click on them and they don’t launch
Fix this god forsaken app. The whole purpose of it is to ease the process of sending or receiving messages without freezing your entire system to open the menu, but this app manages to ruin that function of “ease” by never opening up in the first place. I can count the number of times the app has actually worked on one hand, most of the time it will start to load the icon and then stay on that buffering portion until I close it. I have an iPhone 7 and I always update everything so I know it’s not because I’m behind on software. It blows my mind that this horrendous product exists, and even more so that it’s from such a massive company. Absolutely horrible.
