You can search for images based on keywords... comment on images... favorite images... follow your favorite artists and photographers... receive push notifications when those artists and photographers upload new images... customize your favorite images with hundreds of different mats and frames... and then visualize those images hanging on your wall using the iPad's built-in video camera.
Yes - really!
You can even walk around your home with the camera turned on, and the app will display your images perfectly positioned on your wall while you're walking!
If you like what you see, you can then purchase prints directly from within the app, and we'll deliver a museum-quality masterpiece right to your doorstep.
Pixels.com fulfills each order. We take care of the printing, framing, matting, packaging, shipping, collecting payments from the buyers, and sending profits to the artists. Each print is manufactured at one of Pixel.com's global production facilities and delivered "ready to hang" with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you're an artist or photographer - use this app to show off your portfolio to prospective buyers!
If you're a buyer - use this app to discover images from the world's greatest living artists and photographers... and then see what those images look like handing on your walls!
Give it a try. It's fun... it's free... and when you purchase a print, you're helping to support living artists and photographers all over the world!
The developer’s company not only knows that the app doesn’t work any longer, but they said it would be fixed in a couple of weeks. It’s now over a month since my phone conversation, and this app is STILL BROKEN. So Fine Art America is still promoting on their website a known broken app that could be quite a valuable tool for artists, me included, to sell their art work. Apple, are you aware of this non-functioning app??
The app works for the purpose of showing your work on a phone instead of saving the photos on the multiple devices. Yet I can’t do basic things on an iPhone X like commenting. Fine arts America needs to do some overhauling on an “artist” site that essentially reminds me of the 90’s... there’s better options that are more robust at this point.
Works decent. Won’t be getting more than two stars until it launches the system browser when Buy Online is clicked.
I have iPhone X that supposed to have AR feature, (the app required iPhone 7). So I picked a picture, chose a frame, pointed to a wall and saw nothing is on my screen except my wall.
I just uploaded this. The review from September is accurate. This constantly freezes. The wall display part does not work at all. And when I view my profile it says I am someone else. Even though I am logged in under my user name and password. This should not be rolled out yet!!! I’m deleting ASAP.
I’m just amazed. Everything worked just as described. It’s a bit unintuitive, but it will be SO helpful in my sales efforts I’m quite giddy with the possibilities. Well done’
I logged in using my Facebook account and it opened someone else’s account. I deleted it immediately. Is it logging others into my account???
Logged in with facebook since it would not except my web site username and password then it said I was someone else some man I’m female and let me look at their profile etc. this is bad. So so bad in fact it should be pulled till fixed.
I’m pretty sure they didn’t know how to use the app but it just made my day much easier. Thanks
I just downloaded the app and logged on through Facebook. The profile comes up as someone who is not me... so far, not impressed. Not sure I want to trust Pixels with images my paintings after this. Changing my settings on FineArtAmerica now.
