I can’t even get the app to function it opens and is frozen can’t select anything to move forward. My dog is currently lost and I’m desperate to get her back I’ve tried everything I was happy that this could be another avenue of help but it won’t even work!!!

This is a useless app as it doesn’t work at all it’s completely frozen. Sounds great if it actually worked. It looks like I’m not alone-about 75% of the ppl that have this app, have same problem. such high hopes in this app to hopefully find my terminally ill daughter’s cat that was taken. Hopefully the developer can fix this & add couple things like being able to match photos like I assumed it could do. I’ll just have to delete the app. Can this be fixed? Does anyone know of another app like it?

I really want to use this app but when I try to register it just crashes. I have tried like 20 times trying to register through either email or facebook. I can't even look at anything in the app because of this.

Downloaded the app and then opened it. Just a frozen screen, none of the buttons worked. Tried it on several phones. Don’t think it’s running anymore.

What a great use of today’s modern technology helping lost pets get home. I downloaded and registered my two dogs. I hope I never have to use it but if I do I will know that I have extra support in finding him/her. I would recommend any pet owner to download and register their pet.

It's ok to a point

I use HomeAgain for my dog and pay $17.99 annually. Was hoping to find something more cost effective and this app/subscription is not! I will just stay with HomeAgain. I use HomeAgain because my dog is microchipped. I'd highly recommend getting your pet microchipped because your pet (if lost and then found) can be scanned to find the owner.

It's a good idea. If you've already lost your dog and just found this app, move on. This is useless for you. There is no way to upload a pic of your pet from your library. You can only take a pic and upload that. ...so when you find your pet, take a pic so it uploads here, then use the app to see if you can find your dog, lol. There is also no way to perform a search. I honestly doubt if I live in Texas my dog will be in NY so I don't need those results.
