Charged Twice For Glitch After Glitch

?Selected and paid for this app for the decorative borders. Charged a second time upon opening app in order to use it. Every border selection I made was a completely different border than shown and within a minute or two the app shuts down. When re-opening the app all progress is gone and it starts over. Absolute waist of time and money. ?
