Overall I love the content on the app! However, I’ve never been more frustrated trying to watch shows on this app or website. Not only is there not a simple way to restart an episode, but the episodes play for hours on end. They never cease. I wish if I were to rewatch an episode, it would start from the beginning, not the end, but unfortunately it doesn’t. Additionally some episodes are insanely loud whereas others at the same volume are inaudible. A few minor improvements to the player options would bring me back to this app much more, but these are beyond frustrating.

Requires an app update, but update can’t be loaded on my iPad, so nothing will work. Tried it through Apple TV, still no luck.

Muting and sound issues

This app is still so glitchy I just can’t justify it anymore. In particular the sound is off and has been for months—so we get the sound of commercials with the video of the show we’re watching and then the sound lags behind the entire show and never corrects itself. Cannot believe how long this has been going on, updates have never helped. We use chrome cast if that helps anyone make a decision.
