overpriced

Nice and clear application, but it is twice as overpriced IMHO taking in account the very basic information you get with this.

Disappointing
GrammarJunky

For the price, I expected a far more comprehensive grammar and punctuation reference than I received. It's not a bad tool. I simply was expecting much more for the price. After reviewing its content, I would expect its cost to be more in the $1.99 to & $3.99 range. For those willing to spend $10 for something like this, I highly recommend forgoing this app and--instead--downloading the Kindle app. Once you have that app, download the book "Comma Sense". It's about the same price and it is far more enlightening; while also an entertaining read.

I CAN'T BELIEVE I PAID WHAT I DID FOR THIS!

Considering the price of this app, I thought It would be able to answer or clarify all my punctuation questions. The coverage of the uses of the COLON is pathetic and there is absolutely nothing on the use or uses of "three dots" (...) in a sentence. I'm wondering how much more information about punctuation has been omitted from this app. It would be better to have two sections in this app: one for grammar and one for punctuation. It would be much easier to locate specific items, especially items for which one is not familiar with its formal name. I'm very disappointed with this app and would not recommend it. I'd like to get my money back.

Finally, excellence. Hated it, now love it

I am so very pleased with this app now. I teach English as a second language, l am a volunteer - not a trained teacher. I bought the app some time ago. Then it was almost useless - literally nothing more than a search box on a empty page. I have been in need and waiting for this app to work for a long time. Now it is a viable, useful, and very valuable reference tool. I'm glad that I kept it, didn't get a refund. I left it on my iPad because I paid a lot for it, there are no alternate apps, and I wanted it to work. I just opened it again - only because I had forgotten my grammar book and was desperate. What a surprise! Thank you very much for all of your work to finally make this much needed app useful. Great work!

A great reference tool!
