VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Feels like I am actually fighting the real battle for malaria! The action is very slow and I think it's pretty much impossible to get gold stars without added skills or using gold coins (Gold coins are purchased with real money). Added skills can be acquired with stars which accumulate much faster when you get gold. And you can't purchase stars. So game takes a lot of patience. Extra levels are purchased for .99 and I bought them. Game is fun but frustrating. I think they made game super hard on purpose to encourage use and purchase of gold coins. A lot of info about malaria and 5% of purchases go to a non profit that looks legit. Good TM game and worth a try.

I really like this game but it is impossible for me to get through the levels without purchasing gold coins. I like that part of the proceeds go to the non-profit Malaria No More and I would happily budget $20.00 a month towards the game if they gave you more coins for what you pay. Prices for in-app purchases are crazy high. It's too bad. I think they would make more money if they doubled the amount of coins you get.

The game is good. However, very frustrating. Can't get coins without purchasing - frustrating. There is no way to get gold stars which there should be. Add boosts that can be bought with game money so we can get gold stars. Should be ways to pass each level.

You can't opt for no sound/music if your ringer is on, which is SUPER annoying.
