App is easy to use but sometimes, restaurants can not find the reservation. So I would recommend calling to confirm even if you get a confirmation email from Open table .

“Hmmm…..we’re having trouble communicating with our servers. You can try again later.” This is an all too common theme when trying to book with this app lately. WHEN it works, it is awesome. However, lately it is not very useful.

I love the ability to browse the restaurants in my area all by my phone without having to call multiple places. ? Menu- availability- pictures- reviews… all included!

This app is unnecessary difficult to use, and I don’t know why. It seems to me that in this day and age of technology, a company like Open Table could do much better, but alas not. Such a shame.

Pretentious atmosphere with an entitled attitude. This establishment is obviously used to the tourist trade so they feel as if they don’t have to even try anymore. Wait staff was curt. Sushi was unremarkable and not fresh. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
