Wow! What a great writing tool!

I'm right now sitting in my room experimenting with chord combos & melody ideas on my iPhone! I thought I'd have to spend 3 years getting a music theory degree to understand half of what this app does, bit now that it lets me hear it, I can use it to study & finally understand what all the jazz masters were doing. Weather your a natural at creating music or are in school to learn arrangement, this will ne an invaluable tool! The buttons are occasionably hard to hit, prob more so if u have big hands (I don't) as one reviewer mentioned. I don't know how you'd fit everything to one screen if it was done differently. Despite this I find myself amazed with the new update.

There's one mistake I found: A major has 3 sharps, F#, C#, AND B#! You forgot the B#! So please fix!!

Octavian continues to add useful new features. The interface tweaks like keys highlighting as they sound improve clarity. I appreciate being able to play scales both up and down. Five hundred new scales? That must have been a lot of work to add. Well done Bitnotic.

Never do I ever write a review, but I have bought many apps trying to find exactly what this one does!! I have studied at nocca in new Orleans and lost many of these scales that were written out like this in Katrina , I am so thankful I have found this app!!! This is the type of stuff every musician should be shedding on!! Thanks Octavia !!

Not functional, support requests returned as mail demon!

I'm very disappointed with this purchase. It is faulty right upon opening, and won't even display the full width text pages in the PDF manual. My support request to the developer website was returned as a mail demon... Where was the quality control at the app store? This is half-baked, pre-release, trial version stuff..and should not be charged for! It's a $3.00 scam. GT

New Interface is Awesome

This is an extremely useful app that had always performed flawlessly. Past versions were a bit difficult to use because the controls were too small, but today's update contains a great redesign of the interface. I hope the developer responds with quicker updates in the future.
