To connect to a Mac you need a free Connector (atleast version 2.2) app available at http://mediaware.sk/connector
Connector is a small application sitting in your menubar without any distractions. Connector supports OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, 10.7 Lion, 10.8 Mountain Lion, 10.9 Mavericks and 10.10 Yosemite
There is a pronounced lag between pressing a key and it showing up on screen, to the point where just using the numbers on the top of my keyboard is a much better solution than this app. It doesn't work on Lion's calculator, either, which is just sloppy. It looked like it would be a sweet app, but right now it needs some work.
This app works as advertised, and is a nice way to get the missing and necessary keypad without buying a new Apple keyboard or an extension. Two suggestions, though. First, it would be nice to change the size of the numpad on the iPad (and possibly the iPhone) version, because the iPhone version's buttons are slightly too small, and the iPad version's buttons are slightly too big. And second, it would be nice if there were an optional click sound for feedback, since there's no actual button to press. Looking forward to having these incorporated into the next version. Thanks!
This was perfect. I was sitting down to do my bills in the budget and I thought, "I hate that I don't have a numeric keyboard." then I thought, "I wonder if there's an app for that.". There is and it works great! Bills entered without having to use the keyboard numbers.
Set it up in about 3 seconds, and it works flawlessly. Even better than a real numeric keypad, in fact, because I can position it wherever I want.
Great idea. But it hasn't been working since the day I bought it! Contacted customer service, no reply! Don't waste your time with this junk! I want my money back! If only I can rate this 0 star, I would.
The concept for the iPad is good. Unfortunately it doesn't work!! Time to put in for a refund.
When I updated to iOS 5.1, this app now crashes every time when opening both on iPad and iPhone. It is now totally useless until they wake up and fix it. It looks like they would have tested it with 5.1.
When you pay for an app, that I happen to really need, you expect it to work. Not working with iOS 5.1. Update please!!! Crashes instantly upon opening.
Sneaky name copying duped me into buying this app instead of the fully featured one made by edovia.
