This app makes it easy to view large transport maps on your iPhone or iPad. When you first launch the app, it downloads the latest version of the map from the web and processes it into image tiles. Please note that we do not provide any of the maps. By clicking on any of the links, you are downloading directly from the web and agreeing to the respective sites license agreement. This software helps you to store and load the downloaded copy to save repeated download time and costs.
You can also purchase our map packs to download other publicly available PDF maps and store them on your iPhone and iPad, and then use any time in the future without delay.
We believe that anyone with a smartphone should be able to have PDF travel maps on their device. We are working hard to help eliminating the use of paper for travel maps.

Inaccuracies, unneeded features

Some inaccuracies on the map. Also has features to help you find restaurants (read: help restaurants advertise at you). These just get in the way of using the map.
Would go to New York without it!

With this app I was able to navigate NYC like a local. My visit was enhanced by the simple ability of knowing which train to take, where the stations are and all of this with great ease. I am returning to NYC again in a month and I have got it on my iPad this time again. Buhle from South Africa.

I downloaded this to try to figure out the best way to get to a Path station, and I wanted to see what an app would be like to use to quickly map city routes on the Subway. The app took me to a station where the suggested lines no longer stop, and even if i did take those trains from a different station, the connection to the Path train only was possible with one of those lines. I would have been all kinds of lost if I was relying on this to get to my destination. It also had a clunky interface- When trying to get more information, the only additional screen was to purchase an upgraded version of the app. I would have paid for an upgraded version if the information was correct but it was wrong wrong wrong! In order to submit this review (which I have never ever done before-but felt compelled to do, to save folks any hassles of getting lost) I had to give it a star rating. Zero stars wasn't an option. Keep working at it !!!

You get one map of the subway, even though the developers tout a concept of map packs. This app is pretty worthless as there are tons of free apps out there with better interfaces. Don't bother.
