Too many ads

I would rate it 5 stars if it weren’t for so many ads. It almost made us miss a train because I had to see what train we needed and which route and the train was almost there and an ad appeared.

Their intrusive pop-up ads are just disgusting! I can’t turn off their pop up with music, but I have to watch it! Just uninstalled this program and will never return to it
Intrusive ads, find a better ad model

A full screen pop up that I can’t close, when I need to check the map while on the platform as a train pulls in. Terrible user experience. Find a less intrusive way to run your ads, maybe a longer delay btwn app launch and ad. Something

Terrible app, unless you pay for the premium, ads pop up every 5 seconds not allowing you to do anything.
Free version is almost unusable

I’ve used this app happily for quite a while. I’m familiar with ad-supported apps, but the recent changes to this app have made the free version almost unusable. Just when you’re trying to see something important or time-sensitive, the ads commandeer the entire screen. It’s a really bad user experience, even an for ad-supported app. Perhaps the paid version is great, but since I need this info only when I’m in NYC occasionally, I’ll be deleting this app and using the MTA PDF file.

While this app provides the maps, it goes into its ads too quickly and the only way to avoid this is to purchase add free.

Every minute the app generates a new commercial. Why not just change 1.50 and forget the commercials. It really make me want to delete the whole app and then you get a great big ZERO!!!
